Loads that earn the next jump.
Assign every exercise to a Strength, Hypertrophy, Volume or Technique lane. The engine watches your sets, your RIR, and your unlock quotas, and only steps the load up when you’ve actually earned it.
A local-first strength tracker for serious lifters. Periodised programmes, intelligent auto-progression, and a workout log that actually keeps up with you, on your phone and your wrist.
Your data lives on your phone. No accounts, no cloud, no analytics.
Logging, import and export are free forever. Pro is optional, with a one-time lifetime unlock if subscriptions annoy you.
Log every set from your wrist. A real watch app, not a notification mirror.
Built for serious lifters
We built Beemoth because the apps we tried were either bloated social platforms or thin notebooks behind a subscription. This is the one we wanted to use.
Assign every exercise to a Strength, Hypertrophy, Volume or Technique lane. The engine watches your sets, your RIR, and your unlock quotas, and only steps the load up when you’ve actually earned it.
Add "Strict Overhead Press" and Beemoth instantly highlights Front Delts, Side Delts, Triceps and Traps, picks Barbell as the equipment, and slots it into the Lift category, all from the name alone. Override anything you want.
Every programme gets a muscle-distribution radar and a balance audit: push against pull, quads against posterior chain, front against rear delts, biceps against triceps, and core. Skews are flagged before they turn into weak points.
Tap swap and Beemoth ranks every alternative by muscle-overlap percentage. Toggle "same equipment only" when the bench is the only thing free. The replacement keeps the lane, intensity and rest. No manual reprogramming.
Programs as a pathway
Beemoth treats a programme like a structured journey, not a flat list. Stack accumulation blocks, intensification weeks, and deloads, then walk through them day by day.
Multi-week periodization with named phases
"Week 1: Accumulation" · "Week 4: Deload". The structure your coach would build if you had one.
Per-exercise sets, reps, rest and intensity
Tag a movement Heavy, Moderate, or Light and the auto-progression engine respects it.
Full or Quick variants of every workout
A 43-minute session you don’t have time for becomes a focused 27-minute Quick Workout that protects your priority lifts.
Track adherence against the plan you built
Muscle Coverage compares actual sets to the volume your programme prescribes, so you know exactly when you’re falling behind.
Auto-progression
Most "auto-progression" is a fixed +2.5 kg whether you ground out the last session or smoked it. Beemoth’s engine watches every counted set and only steps the load up when you’ve hit the unlock target.
Strength · Hypertrophy · Volume · Technique
Assign each exercise to a lane. The engine routes progression rules by intent: a top-set of 5 in the Strength lane behaves nothing like a 4×12 in the Hypertrophy lane.
RIR feedback on the final set
Tap how many reps you had left in the tank. The engine combines that with rep counts to learn what the load actually felt like, not just whether you finished the set.
Quotas you can see in real time
"6 reps needed today · 12/18". Every working set tells you exactly how close you are to unlocking the next tier. No surprises after the fact.
Off by default. Yours to enable.
Auto-progression is a single toggle in Settings. Run a fixed program for a block, flip it on for the next, and override any suggestion you disagree with.
The fundamentals, sharpened
The basics matter more than the gimmicks. Beemoth nails the boring, expected things, then makes them faster.
Auto-generated warmup ladders
Type your top set; Beemoth builds the warmup ramp. Equipment-aware, working-load-aware.
Tap-to-prefill from history
Open the history sheet, tap a previous set, and the weight and reps drop into today’s row.
Quick or Full variants
Same program day, two paths: a focused 27-minute Quick Workout, or the full 43-minute session.
Live workout-efficiency score
Focused time vs total time, displayed in real time. See exactly when you’re drifting between sets.
Editable history, forever
Tap any past set to fix a typo from three weeks ago. No "log is immutable" lectures.
CSV export
Your data, your spreadsheet. Free tier, no "export to Pro" paywall.
Performance & consistency
See volume, frequency, focus and adherence across any window, without sifting through a spreadsheet.
A calendar-style heatmap shows exactly when you trained, and when you didn’t. Recent achievements surface every PR with a single tap to the workout that earned it.
Compare actual sets per muscle group to the volume your active programme prescribes. See exactly where you’re hitting target, and where you’re not.
All-time 1RM, total volume, frequency per week, best set, and a continuous trend chart over 1M / 3M / 6M / 1Y / All, for every lift you’ve ever logged.
A live 0–100 score that measures focused time vs total time, accounts for supersets and expected rest, and tells you when you’re drifting on your phone between sets.
A live count of lifts improving vs flat vs regressing on your active program, with the single biggest mover called out at the top of the dashboard.
Wear OS and Apple Watch
Beemoth ships a companion app for both watches. Wear OS was a first-class surface from day one, not an afterthought to Apple Watch.
Log a set without your phone in your hand
Set the weight and reps, mark the set done, move to the next exercise.
Live workout state syncs both ways
Start on phone, finish on watch, edit later on phone. All the same workout.
Start from your wrist
Quick Start a session from the watch, or pick up the one already running on your phone.
Your training is yours
Most fitness apps know more about your body than your doctor does. Beemoth knows nothing about you because your training data never leaves your phone.
No account required
Open the app. Start lifting. No email, no signup, no friction.
No cloud sync
Your data is stored on your device in a SQLite database. We never see it.
No analytics
No Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no PostHog. We don’t track what you do in the app.
No ads
No banners, no interstitials, no SDK that watches what other apps you have.
Health Connect is opt-in
If you want Health Connect sync, you turn it on. It’s off by default.
Export anytime
CSV export ships with the free tier. Your data is genuinely yours.
Pricing
Logging, importing and backing up your own data are free for good. Pro is the intelligence layer, and the yearly plan starts with 14 days free.

Switching?
One file, one tap. Your sessions, sets and personal records import with a full preview of what is coming in before anything is written. Exercises are matched carefully: a wide-grip pull-up never gets logged as a plain pull-up.
Strong
CSV export. Sessions, sets and PRs land intact, typo sets get flagged before they poison your trends.
Hevy
CSV export. History, supersets and RPE come across; you pick a programme in-app afterwards.
Progression
Full .pgnbkp backup. Programmes and training history both rebuild.
Importing is free and always will be. Re-importing the same file never duplicates a session.
Frequently asked
No. Beemoth stores everything locally in a SQLite database on your phone. We don’t run a backend that holds your data, and we don’t require an account.
No. If you buy the lifetime unlock, you keep every current and future Pro feature for as long as the app exists. That’s the promise the price is built around.
A template prescribes a fixed jump regardless of how the last session went. Our engine assigns each exercise to a Strength, Hypertrophy, Volume or Technique lane and only steps the load up when you hit the unlock target, measured by completed reps, RIR, and qualifying-session quotas. You can always override.
When you type the name of a new exercise, Beemoth matches against a movement-pattern library of 700+ keywords to pre-select the primary muscles, equipment, and performance category. Type "Strict Overhead Press" and Front Delts, Side Delts, Triceps, Traps and Barbell light up automatically. You can override anything before saving.
We’re targeting public launch on iOS and Android in the coming months, with the Wear OS and Apple Watch companions shipping alongside. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know exact dates.
Yes. Beemoth has companion apps for both Apple Watch and Wear OS. Start or resume a workout, log sets and move between exercises from your wrist, and it stays in sync with your phone.
Yes. A full CSV backup is included in the free tier. Your training history is yours, and we’ll never gate that behind Pro. We also import your history from Strong and Hevy (CSV) and Progression (.pgnbkp), so switching costs you nothing.
Completely. There’s no network call required to log a workout. The only optional sync is Health Connect on Android, which you can leave off if you prefer.
A progression lane is the rule set the auto-progression engine uses for an exercise. Strength lanes care about top-set load. Hypertrophy lanes care about total reps in a working range. Volume and Technique lanes are different again. Assign the lane once on the program; the engine handles the rest.
It lets a small team ship a high-quality phone app on iOS and Android from one codebase without compromising performance or visual fidelity. The watch apps are fully native (Kotlin on Wear OS, SwiftUI on Apple Watch), and native plugins handle the OS-specific bits such as Health Connect and watch sync.
Waitlist members get early access to the beta and hear first when Beemoth lands on the App Store and Google Play.
No spam. We’ll email you twice: once when the beta opens, once at public launch.
